Blog is an online journal or a diary where one can post , edit and comment on a content. For the first time blog was created by Justin Hall commonly known as Links.net in 1994 . At that times they were referred to as personal homepage . It was in the year 1997 the term "weblog" was coined by Jorn Barger and simultaneously in the year 1999 Peter Merholz shortened weblogs into blogs .
Early platforms for blog were Live journal and Blogger . There were significant growth in Blogs in the year 2000. Many other major platforms developed for blogs . It was means of communication in modern world . There are microblogs also mainly
Tumblr and Posterous which submit content through online editor or by email .
So in conclusion we can say that blog is a tool for learning in modern period . It provide user with the online editing content and posting it which is likely a tool for communication also . So it's a great webtool in modern world .

Blog is a nice webtool for language learning .Along with it Aaron Campbell has outlined three types of blogs for use with language classes . They are tutor blog made for teachers , class blog a shared space between teacher and student and learner blog made for learner .
ReplyDeleteSo blog are very useful for language learning as it provides online reading practice , it encourage students participation as well as it also facilitate independent learning . So in conclusion we can say that blogs are a very useful webtools for language learning .
Along with this three types of blogs for language classes, there are also many different types of blogs which is useful to us. They are Personal blogs, Collaborative blogs or Group blogs, Micro-blogging, Corporate and Organizational blogs, Aggregated blogs, By Media type, etc... .

So we can say that this different types of blogs are very useful for us.
